Dreams. Orginal. Ending Greatly Debated.

From above a flat and dry desert floor, a person in a green military uniform with heavy padding holds red wires attached to seven pill-shaped bomb canister scattered around him. At the top of the poster are three critics' favorable opinions: "A near-perfect movie", "A full-tilt action picture", and "Ferociously suspenseful". War. Iraq. Bombs. Tense Thriller.

Intense. Insightful. But Best Picture?Bumbles

Superb film. Deserved its Oscar. (Nolatari)

Elegiac and heartbreaking, a must-watch.  (Tony)

(2008. Cast – Ricky Gervais, Greg Kinnear, Tea Leoni)  Grade B

 Quirky Then Predictable.  Gervais Funny. 

Ghosts, boring dentist, romance, funny!  (Heather)

(2008.  Cast- Joaquin Phoenix, Gwyneth Paltrow, Vinessa Shaw, Isabella Rossellini)  Grade C

Great Performances. Didn’t Get Appeal.

Joaquin Phoenix was really depressed.  (Tony)

(2000.  Cast- Sean Penn, Katrin Cartlidge, Ciaran Hinds, Elizabeth Hurley, Josh Lucas)  Grade C

Didn’t Like As Book Adaptation.

(2009.  Cast- Clive Owen, Naomi Watts)  Grade C-

Cold Thriller About Banking Corruption.

Clive Owen rocks. Great movie! (Nolatari)

  1. We’re supposed to go see Inception this evening. I hope I like it as much as you did. I really liked The Hurt Locker – it made me think of a friend of Vance’s the whole time I watched it.

  2. I saw Inception and would give it an F-…I like Salt a whole lot better and would rather have spent my money on seeing Salt again.

  8. haven’t watched even one of these. My husband watched Inception while I was away and he loved it although he said it was a little heavy on the mind.
