I’ve watched 49 movies this year, down by 1 from last year.
2020 was my most watched year with 7.
We managed 3 trips to the movie theater this year, all pre-Covid. Going to the theater again is something I really look forward to in 2021.
I wrote 1 Book VS. Movie post, Before I Go To Sleep.
I wrote 1 Favorite Movie post – #29 Psycho. This 1960 film was also the oldest one I watched.
Most watched actress was Jennifer Garner with 3 (Wakefield, Wonder Park, Peppermint).
Most watched actor was Ryan Reynolds with 3 (6 Underground, Self/Less, The Croods)
My 5 Favorite Movies

Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, 2017

Enola Gay, 2020

1917, 2019
I continued my 5 Word Movie Reviews with $ for Charity . Keep adding to my reviews and maybe you can choose the next charity!
I plan to watch 1917 this year on video. I did not see any movies last year at the theater.
1917 was one of those rare movies that had NO women.
Our movie theaters just opened and I hope it goes well for them. No food or drinks are allowed to be sold or consumed. How hard that will be to go to the movies without popcorn!! i can count on one hand the movies we watched this year (all Netflix or TV). Series are more our speed. Happy New Year Stacy!!
We watched so many more series this year! If not for our binge in the last month the number of movies would have been dismal. Our theater is letting people eat, which means most of the people are sitting there with a mask off for most of the movie. So we wait…
Thanks for the reminder about Three Billboards! It was on my list, but I forgot all about it.
I had no idea what to expect. I think you’ll really like it. It led to good discussions after.
I liked three billboards a couple of years ago. She’s always great in anything! I still need to get up my faves movie and tv post! I totally did nothing blog related over winter break…Hopefully this weekend. I don’t even know how many movies I watched. I like how you mention actors and the years movies were made. I’ll have to borrow that!
