Sundays with Gage – When it’s March…

It’s March and that means it NCAA tournament time which means that Gage can get into all kinds of trouble while mom and dad are distracted.  When it came time for Ohio State to play I realized that he didn’t have any OSU clothes that he could fit into!  A quick online shopping trip rectified that and when OSU plays in the Sweet Sixteen next week he’ll be ready.  Dad’s Michigan State team plays today and he will be decked out appropriately.

Every year since we’ve been married Jason and I have had our own NCAA pool with the winner choosing the next 5 theater movies.  After the first round I’m already down 5 points and it doesn’t look good (unless Kansas somehow wins it all).

Who are you rooting for to win it all?

I love March Madness! It looks like Gage is saying “We’re number 1!” At this point, I’d like to see UNC win but I don’t think they will. I think Kentucky might take the crown.

Well, Texas bowed out in the first round, so that’s it for me. Actually, it’s not my deal this time of year, but it is for hubby. He keeps up with most all of it, but once Texas is gone, not quite as much. Baseball has started and so his focus turns to that. He’s got season tickets to both UT basketball and baseball. I’m always happy. More reading time for me. LOL

Have a good week, Stacy. Gage looks quite grown up!

Love the photos, Stacy. I’m afraid I haven’t a clue who is who during March Madness. I always have to be reminded what exactly it is, I’m ashamed to say. I do know baseball though and am looking forward to the start of the baseball season.

Glad you’re teaching Gage to be a fan already. We have a family pool going this year, but my bracket is a disaster. I tend to select teams with my heart instead of my head so, despite what the numbers said, I picked Kansas State to win it all. Obviously not happening. 🙂

Hope you can pull a come-from-behind victory!

P.S. Never say “Kansas wins it all” – never, never, never 🙂
