Wow, I wouldn’t have guessed that this was written by Emilie Richards. But I only know about her mystery books. This one sounds like a much heavier read!

and the cover looks so innocent. I wouldn’t have expected murder in a cell.
Reminds me of Shawshank Redemption. I’ll have to check Emilie out.
