July’s Movies & $ for charity

Last month we reached $100 and Sheree chose her charity (here).  Contribute the most reviews this go round and next time it could be your charity of choice $100 richer!

Add your 5 words (or less!) to mine in a comment and earn $1 for charity.  Once we get to $100 the person with the most reviews will choose the charity.  Click here to see the past winners, the charities they chose and the other reviews you can add to.  Anyone is welcome to join in at any time.

We’re at $6 to start the round.

I hope that you will take a few minutes to participate when you can each month.  It’s fun for me and for everyone else who reads it.  I’m not looking for a critical review, just a few words about how you felt about the movie.  This is ongoing so you can leave your 5 words anytime.

I’ve only seen About Time and that was a couple of years ago. My 5 word review of it is: Great mix of sentimentality & humor. I didn’t count the ampersand so I could sneak in an extra word! lol

Well, I haven’t seen any of these. Can’t contribute. Sorry about that. Maybe next month?? Go see the new Mission Impossible movie or the new Fantastic Four. I’ll be seeing both of those. 🙂

Oh and we went and saw Minions the other night. Just saying….

I haven’t watched a movie in ages. If I should actually watch one, is it ok to comment in previous months or does it start over with July now that you reached $100?

I Time Traveler’s Wife: One half tissue worthy romance. Does that count? LOL

I haven’t seen any of the movies you’ve seen this month. I would like to see the Shrek one at some point.

Haven’t seen any yet but we’ve got About Time and Transcendence waiting to watch. Maybe I’ll rethink Transcendence lol
