Okay, since #8 is the only one that’s not answered, I have to give it a shot – Oliver somebody and Jennifer somebody.
That’s so funny – when I talked to my Mom last night she said the exact same thing! It is Oliver somebody and Jennifer somebody from some book. Here’s a hint- I reviewed it last year (I think it may have made it on my top 100) and the movie is just as famous as the book. Oh, and one of them dies.
