Okay, movie peeps, let’s vote on something we’d all like to watch in the theaters in June. I’ll post my thoughts at the beginning of the month with some discussion questions. When you write your post I’ll figure out how to use Mr. Linky (seriously, someone may have to walk me through that) so we can share. I have a few ideas on how to keep the conversation going that I’ll address in that first post, but for now we need to vote on a movie.
I hope that you’ll vote for the movie that you are most likely to watch and write a post on, but I understand that life happens and I don’t want there to be (too much) pressure. For this first month, let’s keep it bookish. Next month I’ll have new and old movie options 🙂

I’m not sure I’ll be able to watch Me Before You – the book wrung me out. I thought I kept up with movies but I’ve never heard of Genius.
I’d love to play along, but I don’t think I could handle Me Before You and I’m not sure our theater will get Genius.
I can’t watch Me Before You either. It’s so similar to my relationship with my husband that I wouldn’t be able to handle it. I couldn’t read the book either.

I read Septembers of Shiraz years ago and remember liking it. I haven’t heard of Genius at all, I’m afraid. And I have yet to read Me Before You and so am not sure I will watch the movie any time soon. I’m actually really looking forward to the new Independence Day movie. LOL I so rarely get to go to the theater to see a movie. 😦 Unless it’s for Mouse. And getting her to the theater is like pulling teeth every time.
Sorry, but sometimes I’m slow to catch on. Are we all supposed to watch the move that gets the most votes, and if so when do you announce the winner. Or do we each watch whichever of the three we want to watch the most?
