Who says you have to be 21 to go bar hopping? My cousin, Bill, turned 40 last week and his wife and parents threw him a surprise party at one of his favorite haunts, Weasel Boy Brewing Company in Zanesville.
Gage wasn’t a big fan. I think the live music was too loud for his little ears and all the people just made too much noise. And the air conditioning was off, so it was hot. We were in a big private room, but it was connected to the bar.
Gage toughed it out for an hour or so before he headed home with the grandparents so the parents could enjoy a little more time out. We arrived home at 12:00 on the dot, so we made curfew 😉

The private room did have a few quieter rooms that he could explore, but once it was time for bed, it was time!
Gage was good and entertained the adults. He was asleep before we got him home!

I really like this “Sundays With Gage” feature you’ve established. It’s always fun to see what new adventures Gage has each week. Your parents might not like this one but I bet Gage will when he’s about 14. He’ll be able to brag about “drinking” when he was just a baby!!
Gosh he is soooooo cute!! I love that he went bar hopping. He has a more active nightlife than I do! Glad you got to have a little adult time out too.

Gosh he is getting so big now! wont be long till his walking. We have actually been bounced from an outdoor bar that was attached to a life and outdoor expo. Ironically all we were doing was going in to say hello to someone, we werent even stopping! the person had to come out to us. Otherwise we have been to an irish pub/restruant and thats the closest we got. Looks like he and you guys had fun!
