Monday Movie Meme – All About Babies

This week’s movie topic is all about Babies…

I promise that I did not choose this topic.  I know I have babies on the brain right now, but you’ll have to blame the Bumbles for this one!  I decided to go 80’s retro this week.
 
1.I love Baby Boom (1987) with Diane Keaton.  Sometimes giving birth has nothing to do with motherhood.
2.Three Men and a Baby (1987) is fun one.  I guess I like unconventional baby stories 😉
3.Love Parenthood (1989) and the whole brood.  I also really like the new tv series based on it.
4.80’s teen queen Molly Ringwald gets herself knocked up in For Keeps (1988).  Shows the not so pretty side of being a parent.
5.Look Who’s Talking (1989) was funny and sometimes annoying, but original.

    I just watched Three Men and a Baby the other day. I also watched Three Men and a Little Lady. I had forgotten how cute they were – and how cute the guys were! 🙂

    I loved Baby Boom and Parenthood is one of my favorite movies of all time. It has a lot of wisdom in it.

    I never heard of For Keeps. Hmmm.

    One that I thought of later was She’s Having A Baby – I always liked that one too – Kevin Bacon was so cute.

    I loved Three Men and A Baby. My favorite baby movie is one I just saw this last month – Babies. It’s so sweet. You really should try to see it.

    I haven’t seen any of these, guess I’ll have to check them out. The exhibit at Body World 3 about the week by week fetus development was eye-opening for me too. It’s a miracle that something can get that big and then come out! Good luck with your baby.
