Alan Rickman Was In That? Quiz

In the past week I’ve seen the talented Alan Rickman in two movies, playing two very different characters.  This week’s quiz answers are my 9 favorite Rickman films – I’ve even listed them in the order I like them best.  I’ll give you the character he played and the year it came out.  Leave a comment telling me the # and the name of the movie.  No Googling – that’s cheating and no fun!

  2. #4 Love,Actually?
I love AR – have you seen Truly, Madly, Deeply? He was wonderful in that, one of my fav. movies.

I haven’t seen that. I’ll have to look for it.

  3. 3 = Sense and Sensibility. But you missed Quiggly Downunder with Tom Sellek (sp?). Loved him in that!

I’ve never seen Quigley. Another movie to look for.

  13. Alan and Mos Def were also in an HBO movie that I saw, “Something The Lord Made.”

I’ve seen Mos Def all over the place lately, but not in the movie you mention. If we got HBO we might never leave the house, so we don’t risk it 🙂

  14. I’m ashamed to say I had absolutely no clue who Alan Rickman was until the “Harry Potter” films. He’s absolutely the perfect Snape — but then again, he’s great in everything he’s in! (And now I’ve seen him in plenty of other films, haha)
