Rome, McDonald’s & the Pantheon

I forgot to add this to the Italy photos after I said I would.  This is me at the McDonald’s in front of the Pantheon.  The Pantheon’s doors alone are 1,800 years old.  We’re not sure when the McDonald’s opened its doors, but we’re pretty sure it was after that 🙂

    The pantheon McDonalds was sort of mindblowing. I wish McDonalds corporation could get a clue and try to incorporate the design of their fast food joints that are in character with the integrity of their surroundings. While I was in Rome I did stop at the one adjacent to the Pantheon, but only to use the toilet.
