My year of books has really put a damper on our movie watching. When we do watch something it’s usually a show like the Great British Bake-Off or Wheel of Time. But since I have over 10 years of these on here and someone could go crazy writing reviews on old posts to get us to $100 for a charity before Christmas, here I am!
You know the drill, add your 5 words (or less!) to mine in a comment and earn $1 for charity. Once we get to $100 the person with the most reviews will choose the charity. Click here to see the past winners, the charities they chose and the other reviews you can add to. Anyone is welcome to join in at any time. Click here to see past movie posts.
What do I need to see in September?
We’re at $81 right now. Your charity could be next

Hallmark movie with F bombs 🙂

Stuck in a video game genre

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, 2021 (Simu Liu, Awkwafina, Meng’er Zhang, Fala Chen, Florian Munteanu, Benedict Wong, Michelle Yeoh, Ben Kingsley, Tony Leung) Grade B
Marvel with subtitles and legends.

I‘ll watch anything with Mathias Schoenaerts 🙂

Great family film, fun cast.

Not your childhood Fear Street.
I haven’t watched any of these, don’t even know who Mathias Schoenaerts is, unless I watched a movie he’s in without knowing his name 🙂
Take a look and see. You’ve probably seen in something. https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0774386/bio
You had a full month Stacy. As for the movies, I’ve only seen Red Sparrow and liked it a lot. We actually saw it on the big screen and then at home as well. I loved Four Winds, Hannah and it was a moving/emotional story at times. That donut puzzle looks fun but I’ll takes real donuts over the puzzle if given the choice (maple frosted or cinnamon please…LOL
I really enjoyed the Red Sparrow trilogy but heard the movie was extremely violent, not to mention somewhat over the top. I don’t know if a B- means that it is worth watching?
I was entertained and never bored, so if that’s what you’re looking for then I would say it’s worth it 🙂
