January’s Movies & money for charity

How was your movie month?  Anything I need to see?

Add your 5 words (or less!) to mine in a comment and earn $1 for charity.  Once we get to $100 the person with the most reviews will choose the charity.  Click here to see the past winners, the charities they chose and the other reviews you can add to.  Anyone is welcome to join in at any time.

We’re at $68!

I hope that you will take a few minutes to participate when you can each month.  It’s fun for me and for everyone else who reads it.  I’m not looking for a critical review, just a few words about how you felt about the movie.  This is ongoing so you can leave your 5 words anytime.

The Showman was so much fun, but I admit that when I came home and looked into the life of PT Barnum and found it wasn’t like the movie it made me a little mad. Probably took it from B+ to B through no fault of anyone but the scriptwriters. I loved Coco and will probably change it to an A-. Made me want to put up pics of my grandparents 🙂

Our family loved Coco. My daughter wants a copy of her own so we can watch it over and over again. I have been hearing great things about about The Showman. Hopefully I will get to see it one of these days.
