The longest book was The Running Grave by Robert Galbraith at 950 pages.
I read 49 books as a judge for the first round of the Cybils Awards. I switched from nonfiction to middle school fiction this year. So many great books!

Do We have any in common? What was your favorite in 2024 that I should add to my list in 2025?

Wow, that is some picture!! You and all the books! Wonderful amount of books and I enjoyed your posts sharing your favorites. I have not (as yet) read any of your favorites listed here, but I did read The Running Grave. Here’s to more fun reading in 2025! I managed 97 books and my goal for 2025 is 100. Ha! Happy New Year to you and your guys!
What a great reading year you had, Stacy! I haven’t read any of your favorites–yet. I had hoped to get to The Women this past year but didn’t manage it. Maybe this year will be the year. Funny Story is also on my radar. I hope you have a Happy New Year!
How fun to create that photo! I’m assuming you checked out a lot of books from your library to make those stacks… or do you own all of them? Wow!
I enjoyed The Guncle and look forward to reading more by Rowley.
Happy New Year!
The only one I read is The Women. And it was definitely one of my favorites for the year.
Happy New Year!
